Why is protein such a focus for nutritionists and health-minded people?

In this e-book I provide a small run down of what makes protein so important, and how you can calculate your protein targets easily. Protein directs most of my food choices and I believe it has helped me to manage my weight, build lean muscle tissue, have a great immune system, and well regulated hormones. I’ve been creating recipes and learning how to easily hit my protein targets whilst not losing my love of food and cooking along the way. This e-book contains 30+ delicious high-protein recipes covering breakfasts, meal preps, dinners, and snacks. Some recipes are simple with others are a little more creative and fun, though all are designed to be easy to make for yourself or a family. I also added an image list of high protein products. I am constantly on the hunt for high protein products to make my life easier and I’ve gathered a fair amount of staple products along the way. So, I decided to include all my discoveries in this book and share them with you. You’ll find a bunch of Australian products that can help you easily elevate your protein intake without even trying.
