Hi!
I’m Sally Williams, a degree qualified clinical nutritionist and owner of Heal My Health. I help people improve their diet and lifestyle to manage health conditions, prevent disease, and support longevity.
I believe food is medicine. It heals people. Your diet is your greatest opportunity to prevent disease and to have an energetic and healthy life.
Though food is also connection and culture, it is creative and emotional. Food isn’t only just a means to health – it’s family dinners and movie night snacks, it’s your favourite bakery, and Sunday pancakes.
People say it’s all about balance, but I think it is more about education. Once you gain the knowledge and the tools for good nutrition practices, you can do better for your health in the long run.
My job is to help you navigate, reach, and maintain your health and diet goals whilst still enjoying your life, your time, and your food.
