I’m Sally Williams - a degree-qualified nutritionist, speaker, podcast host, and wellness events creator. My mission is to inspire and empower individuals to reconnect with their health in a way that feels achievable, sustainable, and deeply transformative in more ways than just physical fitness.

At Heal My Health, we bridge the gap between physical health and emotional wellbeing by combining evidence-based nutrition with holistic, practical tools for everyday life. Through education, coaching, and shared experiences, we create environments where people can learn, reflect, and practice new ways of living that nurture the body, mind, and spirit.

Whether it’s through the podcast, workshops, or immersive retreats, the goal is not just to give information, but to create the right environments for real transformation.
